Starbucks

very disappointed with the service today, both of my drinks were made wrong. this was my first time at this location and i was not happy with the outcome. they confirmed what i ordered at the speaker yet still got both of my drinks wrong. they even got my drinks mixed up with the car behind me and we had to switch drinks after i already started on my way. i didn’t realize till after i left that both of them were incorrect. i will not be going to this location anymore.

I was here to do some contact work and ordered “something with caffeine that tastes good.” Alex whipped me up a caramel Frappuccino in less than 30 seconds, and it was exactly what I asked for. Tasted great. All the staff were on the ball, friendly and professional. I don’t usually get coffee from a huge chain like Starbucks, but the service and staff are the main reasons for the 5 stars. Well done, keep it up.

Good food and good Drinks. But customer service isn't the best and they didn't get my order correct and I had to go back through the drive thru and there were 8 cars in line ahead of me. So frustrating that they couldn't just listen to my order and get it correct. How hard is it to make 2 impossible breakfast sandwich with NO EGG AND NO CHEESE!? Anyways make sure they read your order back so they get it right and check your order before you pull away.

Misses the mark again. Been coming here less and less with the hopes it’ll get better with each revisit, it doesn’t. Drinks are made right 1 every 6 times I come here amongst other things. It’s not a complicated order, extra cream, that’s it. This is the only Starbucks in the Valley that isn’t consistent and I can even deal with my order being wrong, that’s fixable. And I HATE asking for my order being corrected because I understand it breaks up the workflow but when I get to the window or come inside to ask empathicly for a little more extra cream because my coffee is still dark brown, it shouldn’t be met with attitude, clear visible frustration, or being ignored when I say thank you repeatedly after resolving the issue. Because it just then creates another one.

Fourth time in a row that I’ve ordered a HOT coffee, made sure the clerk repeated that it is HOT, and yet they hand me a blended coffee...however today they didn’t hand me a blended coffee. Today they handed me a cup full of whipped cream with raspberry syrup. Each time I tell them they messed up, they just say, “It’s a new person on the register.” I won’t be going to this location anymore. I’d rather drive 10 minutes away for better service.
