The staff were friendly and very quick but most of the order screens seem to be broken outside. The payment/credit card slots don't work at the seated area so you have to wait for an employee to come out and take payment.
Solid food prepared well, but the owner needs to work in some major repairs.

Despite there only being 1-2 ladies working each time we went, they prepared our drinks/dessert in a timely manner. I hope they can find people to help out soon to give these ladies a break!

This is always a stop for us at almost every summer trip to Nags Head. The buttons on the service boards probably don’t work anymore but the food is still good and the service is always very nice. Just one suggestion: REPLACE THE SERVICE BUTTONS

Food was normal per Sonic standards.
Couldn't pay at the drive-in kiosk as it wasn't working, but the server was very nice and took care of it. First kiosk we pulled into was broken, and only one side of the building is utilized for pull-ins.
Took a good while for the food to come out as the drive-thru window took priority, but no one starved.

The food was good but seemed to be short on staff. After waiting in the "lane" with no service, we finally went to the drive-through.
2 years later- no one responded to the "call" and as we were getting ready, the cashier asked if we were ready to order. Yep, that's why we've been waiting and almost left for the drive-through.

We had a quick lunch today after shopping. We ordered 2 hot dogs and a drink. Service was great. Hot dogs were perfect! They had fresh buns. Hot dogs were very nicely dressed with ketchup mustard and fresh onions. I know they get a lot of complaints but our food order was near about perfect. Tasted great! We like Sonic!

The machines took a long time to get someone to respond but they made the food quick and the food was decent for the price. nice tots. The burgers are like an inferior version of five guys but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
