It’s a shame that after working 12 hours and then walk to this Taco Bell to get my only meal for today the food was just thrown on the counter in the bag! Then walk bag to my hotel and open my food and see that it’s old and hard! If you didn’t want to work today you shouldn’t have came!

The main item in my box bill was missing after a very long wait for my food and notice until I got home so it wasn't much I can do about it by then. Very disappointed

It seems our little family loads up and goes to this location pretty much every other day. I can say there hasn't been any mistakes with any of our food so far within the last 3 months of moving to nacogdoches. Also the folks in the drive thru have been articulate and easy going so no pressure of miss communication at this location for sure. Lastly I can't forget to mention the quality of everything bought so far has been actually fresh.

I went inside this morning at 10. The young lady at the register was helpful and charming. She went out of her way to make my order. And it was exactly what I asked for. Was a pleasure to go there and I will always tell people about it. Thanks for the service.
