Cotton Patch Cafe

Amazing service!!! We had a young man named Nick who went above and beyond to make our visit that much better. Our drinks were never half full with out him right there for a refill, and our food came out perfect even though our order can be quite difficult. All in all Nick will be our server from now on, five stars all around.

Nick was fabulous! I wasn’t even seated in his section, but when the other waiter failed to come by , I asked Nick for help as I had waited a bit . He politely checked for me , and when he couldn’t find the other waiter, he said he’d be happy to wait on me himself! He was very prompt and attentive . Everything a great waiter should be!

Cotton Patch used to be good had some good flavor especially for the price at that time. Even though me and my wife ordered take out the quality is the worst we have ever seen and tasted. Best thing was the ice cream and rolls and that's sad. Burger tasted like lain groundmeat, no seasoning whatsoever, only flavor was the pickle and bacon. Fries had more salt than anything. Dessert was overpriced and bland. We had carrot cake, peach cobbler and Dr. Pepper cake and they were not it at all. Definitely not worth it.

What a terrible experience. A well done steak came out medium rare. It was sent back and in under 5 minutes it was returned “well” aka microwaved. The baked potato was cold and had more scoops of butter than actual potato. The baked squash, which I was told was just squash had something mixed in it and was sweetened to the point it tasted like they mixed in a bunch of sugar. The tables were not being bussed when people left. I started looking around and noticed the floor of the restaurant under the tables was filthy, the booths were worn and the wood part of the booths on the floor was stained with dirt and grime. That was enough for me. I sent my food back and left. What a blemish this restaurant is on the Cotton Patch name.

We had a wedding reception there with about 30 family members so that everyone could choose their own meal. I was a bit leery but was completely amazed and impressed with Cotton Patch staff! They allowed us to set up the cakes at the bride and groom table and various decorations. They kept us well supplied with whatever we needed and even got into the spirit by offering to take group pictures of all of us! Our family has always loved their food and service but this was way above and beyond!
