5 stars for the hookah, the place was empty, but I'm a hookah head and I just went for the hookah, not the party. The hookah was the best I've had since coming to the east coast. Closest thing to the perfection known as San Diego hookah for sure

Beautiful lady friendly hookah bar! New clean hookahs with a good variety of flavor choices, and reasonably priced. VIP area, pool, bar, and couch seating sections. Clean and comfortable!

It was my very first time in Myrtle beach. I had been looking for a hookah lounge while on vacation. Found four lounges all but one had horrible reviews. 7th district had the best reviews. I walked in my ID was checked. I ordered my hookah came out in 5mins. Employees are extremely friendly. Their names are Chas and Gary. They are really awesome. We set down smoked hookah had conversations. Very friendly and nice men. They also gave me a diffuser for my hookah and also left the lounge open after closing hours. I would definitely recommend for anyone who comes to MB to definently stop by at 7th District Hookah. I enjoyed it here and will definitely come back anytime I am in town.
