I recently visited Starbucks and tried their specialty drink, the Java Chip Frappuccino. I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! The Java chips were at the perfect consistency - not too crunchy, not too soft - and added a great texture to the drink. The blend of coffee, chocolate and cream was just right, and the drink was not overly sweet. It was the perfect pick-me-up on a hot day. The service at this Starbucks location was also fantastic. The barista who made my drink was friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions about the different drink options available. Overall, I highly recommend the Java Chip Frappuccino at this Starbucks location. It was the perfect treat to enjoy on a hot summer day, and the service was exceptional

Came in this morning for my coffee. As soon as I walked through the door it felt like my home town. Young man at the register welcomed me like I was family! James treated my youngest and me extremely well. Lady making my drinks was very nice and was very fast in service. My reason for only 4 stars comes from the situation I seen. The lady in the black apron should not be in customer service nor anything to do with managing employees. Just the way she talked to that young man, I wanted to give her a peace of my mind. Your employees run your business they are your butter and your customers are your bread. There is no reason to talk down to an employee like that. Extremely uncalled for.
