I love this store! I had the Avocado Grill sandwich and it was absolutely delicious! They carry all the organic products that I use so I love coming here to shop or eat or both. Beautiful outside setting where you can sit and enjoy your food or you can sit inside and eat. Great food, great products, reasonable prices and friendly helpful associates.
In Myrtle Beach for a 4 day trip. We are interested in healthful food. I tried Bay Naturals on day-two for lunch. I had the Philly Tempeh Burrito. It was the best meal I had on the trip! I ordered the organic Bay Chef Salad with tempeh as an additional topping, to go, and brought it back to the hotel room for dinner later that night. It was delicious and of a large portion size so I was totally full after eating it. We could not find more appealing food elsewhere in town so we went back to Bay Naturals the remaining three days of our trip for lunch and to get dinner salads to go. Great food. Friendly service! Reasonable prices. And the store has a lot of healthy grocery and non food items, too, so we got a few other things for our trip. The covered outdoor patio was a lovely place to eat.
My husband and I come here every time we come to the beach. Usually we have one of our meals here every day. The potato burrito is exceptional. They have wonderful vegan options. The staff is always so friendly. Michelle (I think that’s her name. She just started working there) was so helpful and kind. We love the outdoor fireplace on cool days.
Been going to Bay Naturals for over 15 years now, it is my most favorite place to eat when I am at the beach! Love the healthy food & the Bays chef Salad, Tuna Salad, Curry Chicken Salad!
We felt in need of something healthy while visiting the area and thankfully this place hit the spot. We got the avocado tomato sandwich and garden salads with split pea soup. I really liked the salad dressing—kind of a tangy ranch. It’s a health food store with a small cafe type restaurant in the back. They have some nice outdoor seating too. In an area filled with lots of unhealthy food, we are glad this place exists!

Prices seem a little high, but they have a nice selection of organic products in their store. I’ve been to the restaurant twice, both times I ordered from their specials, and it was delicious. Good drinks too. Nice seating area outside (a few tables in sun & a few in the shade).

After several days of eating southern and Italian fare, we were in desperate need of our healthy lifestyle.😳 What a wonderful surprise to find Bay Natural’s kitchen. There were so many delicious, healthy choices it was hard to decide!
The avocado grill sandwich sounded amazing to me, minus the mozzarella…not a problem! They subbed out vegan cheese for the mozzarella and holy smokes!!!! The sandwich was superb!!! My husband ordered the Turkey kale wrap special and it did not disappoint! When you order a sandwich you get to choose your side…mine was the fresh, sweet apple and beet slaw, and my guy got a side salad with the house made green goddess dressing…my only sadness was that I didn’t get the salad with the dressing…THAT DRESSING!!! Wowza! So flavorful…much so that I got a side of it to add to my sandwich, which truly put it over the top.
But I would be remiss if I didn’t talk about the LENTIL SOUP…thee best lentil soup I have ever had (and I’ve had a lot in my life!). Ask for the hot sauce on the side…it elevates the flavors even more!!!
Delicious healthy food for vegans, vegetarians, carnivores, alike…don’t be turned off by “healthy,” …it’s just FABULOUS food.
Can you tell I’m excited??? Honestly, I’m truly upset we just learned of Bay Natural a couple of days before our departure because we would have been there for many meals!!! I would come back to Myrtle Beach just for this place😊😊😊😊
I've been coming to this store for atleast 25 years, starting with vacations here as a child and now living here as a local. It's a local GEM! In the last few years I began ordering from the kitchen regularly, my favorite being the Bay Chef Salad with Goddess dressing. The veggies and lettuce are always extremely fresh and I feel so good after eating it! I usually add the dill or curry chicken salad. The best part is that the salad is consistently good - even the cucumbers are almost always in the same place on the salad 🤣. I tried the gluten free chocolate cup cake for the first time today and it's AMAZING! Highly recommend.
I really like this place! Especially their little bistro and outside dining. The food is fresh and healthy. It doesn't taste like it's off the back of a processed food semi.
