Fantastic fine dining. We always enjoy a quiet dinner here when we are in Myrtle Beach... It isn't easy to spot from Hwy 17 and if you did not know it was there you could drive right by, but you would be missing one of Myrtle Beach's hidden Gems.... Fantastic food and great service. I forgot to get some pictures before we started eating, but we had the black bean cakes as an appetizer, a Ceasar and Mediterranean salad, then our entres were the Miso Salmon and Simple Grilled fresh Grouper.

Atmosphere was wonderful. Seating was great from other tables. Wish the waitress would have spent more time checking on us. Not a busy time when we ate there. 1:30ish. Only one couple dining in. My DIL paid for three and she tips well. Had Mediterranean wrap. Was freaking amazing! Asparagus-spinach soup. Was delicious! A cold shrimp salad type dish. It was good.

Went here with my family for a nice meal out and drinks. We were able to get a table without reservations and spent time before being seated browsing the paintings, drawing and sculptures. I was blown away by the quality of the food (Tuna Tartare and Ribeye Steak) as well as the delicious drinks. The steak was among the best I've had and I couldn't believe how friendly and attentive the servers were. The prices are a bit high but worth it if you are looking for amazing food. After the meal I was able to ask one of the chefs about his methods and he was more than happy to answer my questions and seemed proud that I was taking interest in his craft. I will definitely be back to this place the next time I am in town and highly recommend it for a very memorable atmosphere and meal!

Wow! We have been planning to go there for almost three years and finally got around to it. We will definitely be back. All four members of our party commented on how well everything was cooked. The seafood and the stakes were great. We took desserts with us to go and really enjoyed them later in the evening

Collectors Cafe & Gallery is a 5 Star ALL AROUND FANTASTIC RESTURANT ! They are over and beyond just a great restaurant. They exceed all expectations, for every type of dinner outing, a special occasion, or just grab a drink at there eclectic bar. This place is AWESOME !! Thank You to the owner, all servers, all the chiefs and anyone who works there. Everyone is so friendly and professional !
