Subway

This particular restaurant has the absolute RUDEST young lady who inevitably ends up bringing my curbside order every time. She just scowls at you and doesn't say one word when you thank her. She just looks at you like she wants to punch you in the face. She needs to get a different job if she hates it that badly. Also, the tomatoes are always super soggy. I get it that prepping ahead is handy, but don't do it to the point that the quality of the food you are serving is spoiled just to save some time! Please get rid of that super rude girl! I'm sure you know which one it is if you've ever met your employees!

*** Do not use the mobile order option *** My order was stated ready for pickup @5:20 here it is now 5:44 my order was just finished. There are only 3 workers here and granted people just keep coming in but my order should be somewhat of a priority especially since the scheduled time is now WAY past. The mobile app is so there isn’t a wait time. This review hopefully goes straight to management, what’s the point of using your app if the store cannot keep up with everything?

Me and my fiancé usually always go here and order online and have never had any problems. Me and my mom ordered today and they completely messed up my order. They like mixed my moms sandwich and my sandwich together. My bread was also very soggy. I usually don’t complain about stuff but i don’t know how they can mess a sandwich up so bad.

I go to this subway regularly I have had the Worst experience the past 2 times I’ve been in to make a sandwich! Rolling eyes at customers, laughing at how they make they sandwich’s, and down right rude! I spoke to the manger on duty and she did nothing but smile and say “ I didn’t see him laughing so I can’t do anything!” Unbelievable! These workers should be striving for customer services and being nice to others as they do work in the public! I will never return to this subway.
