Catfish Ranch

This is a great restaurant nice atmosphere very friendly and helpful staff I got a family style burger with cheese and bacon that was a full pound double burger fries and a large tea for less than it would cost at any fast food place if you are in the Muskogee area I highly recommend Catfish Ranch for great food

The water was not filtered and tasted terrible. The catfish, was not catfish but we are not sure what kind of fish it was. It wasn't flakey like cat fish is suppose to be. The smell, taste and texture was all wrong. The mashed potatoes were very cold. The waitress NEVER came back to our table. We had to ask for one of the side we had ordered. We asked for tarter sauce and they never brought it. My husband ordered "all you can eat" catfish and the waitress ever came back to see if he wanted more. We drove over 40 mile to try this place.... Won't be going back. Also the chicken fried steak was good but not hand breaded... It was a frozen mass produced product. Had to ask for silverware! Duh, kind of need utensils to eat. The cold slaw and green beans were very good!

4.5 really but the service and friendly staff tipped it to 5 stars. Excellent food. Two adults and teens enjoyed the buffet. Picky 10 year old stuck to a kids meal, which she was very happy with. Frequently refilled items at the buffet ($16/per person and well worth it if you hungry like we were after a full day at the renaissance faire) which had a nice variety. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, beans, rice, green beans, frog legs, peach cobbler, deviled eggs, salad, highly recommend the homemade tamales, fried clams, catfish, shrimp scampi, gumbo and hush puppies. Only cons were sticky floors, and the back seating area by the hot food got quite warm as we finished our delicious meals. The AC kicked on high as we were leaving. The staff was super attentive and put the air on (we were the only ones that area). Great end to a great day. Apparently they have a drive thru.

WOW ! Need to come back just to Muskogee just because of the amazing catfish they serve here. The most tasteful catfish we ever had . my husband had the fried style, I had it grilled . You may choose 3 from a good sides’s variety, we choose curl potatoes , green beans, okra and corn . A very courteous cashier took our order to go. The food was ready in less than 10 minutes . Restaurant and restroom are clean and cozy. We are really amazed by the taste, quantity and quality of their catfish . A must for us every time we visit Muskogee .

Waitress and cook were great. Very friendly and helpful. Ended up getting the buffet. The catfish was good and no complaints about it. The shrimp was just ok. The cooked shrimp was fine but the cold shrimp was dry and not very good. The frog legs were great and went quickly. The different salads and such were very good as was the peach cobbler.

We eat there fairly often. The food is usually tasty, and has a pretty good variety. If you are a Seafood lover...they have a Buffet on Fridays with some seafood. And I think they still have all you can eat Crablegs (not on the buffet) on Fridays. I'm not positive about that, but you can call them and find out for sure. Since Covid that may or may not have changed.

You should probably skip this place. Food safety issues here. Staff is friendly though. I believe they may be cutting corners with regards to freshness. We also had some missing items from our order and there was a lot of confusion on whats taxed Also they have 1.20$ fee for credit cards which was taken out of the register as a tip... IDK.. That made it awkward.
