KFC is my favorite place for chicken. They have such a great bunch of employees working on apple Avenue in Muskegon Michigan.

The food is okay, but not at the top of my list of places to go. I don't really like chicken, but I'll eat nuggets or strips. I don't do chicken on a bone EVER! I ordered the $20 Fill Up Box because it had the best of both worlds. My girlfriend likes fried chicken, and I like chicken nuggets. We were both happy as far as we could be happy about chicken, I guess.

We were told at the drive thru that they couldn't fill our order for the $20 Fill Up Box. I contacted KFC corporate and went from there. They sent an email indicating that they were working on the issue. The district general manager called and told me that he would like to offer me a free $20 Fill Up Box, and all I had to do was go to the KFC in question and let them know that I was to receive a free Fill Up Box compliments of KFC corporate.
Blah, blah, blah, this, and that when I finally did go back to get my free meal. I called the district general manager and told him that there was an issue and that the restaurant manager would not give me my free meal. I gave her my phone with the DM on the other end. Once she realized who it was, her total demeanor changed. Anyway, I was able to get my meal and a Chocolate Chip Cake all for free. If you've never had their Chocolate Chip Cake, you should because it's very moist and crazy delicious.
All in all, it was a good experience and a good meal. I give the DM 5⭐️, but the rest of the crew gets 3. If chicken is your thing, go get ya some from KFC!
Great food! I love the famous bowls. My kids love the chicken drumsticks. The staff is always friendly.
Sept/23 I had the most beautiful experience. I couldn't decide on how to order for my family. Mrs Wilson helped me by suggesting and when I took the food home my family was happy. If she hadn't suggested the meals that she did, I would have not had enough to serve. Thanks everything was fresh and hot. THANKS
Cashier was not very nice and missed an item. Then I had to sit and order online for a special and it was 10 mins later than the pickup time.
Reesey (sp?) was amazing when we stopped by with our fifth wheel and couldn't get through the drive through. She went above and beyond to help us order and pay through the phone and then brought our food out to us! Top notch service and the food was great!

Ordered a mashed potato bowl. It was perfect. Counter crew very nice and professional.
Went thru the drive-thru, I have to say - the bucket of extra crispy chicken was amazing! I haven't had a good KFC chicken in a long time. Crispy on the outside, juicy & tender on the inside. So 5 stars for the chicken.
The gentleman taking our order was polite-"ish". He was not rude at all, but needs to learn to mute the mic before sighing loudly. Hey, I get it - I'm an old lady taking a car poll about which sides we want. Just mute the mic when you feel annoyed.
So I found out they don't have potato wedges anymore. That's too bad, they were great. We settled on mac & cheese (pretty good) and green beans (a little too much onion & pepper for me). The chocolate chip cookies were quite small, prepackaged cookies, similar to chips ahoy cookies. And they only had 3 biscuits left, so we got those & 3 cornbread. The cornbread was very good.
But really - the chicken was stellar! I love the extra crispy and this was fresh, crispy and delicious. And isn't that the whole reason you go to a KFC?
The food is average for this type of place. Not sure why they don't offer butter and honey with the biscuits anymore. They have it and you can ask for it but 9 times out of 10 you still don't get it
Chicken pot pie was amazing . Tasty crisp crust melted in your mouth. Chicken and vegetables were in a nice cream sauce
The bowl is always amazing
Wasn't to impressed with the personality of the person at the drive through. Sounded as if they didn't want to be there
