Filet mignon with Brie is very good. The spinach cream with rice comes with it is an interesting combination. Medium is more of a medium rare. Veal is average. They all say the breaded fish is good. The drink I had is pink something and I did not like it.
The Hearthstone Bistro is an amazing place to get great food. Everything was superb. The entire staff is amazing and the food is top notch. The environment is very cool, very cozy but not cramped with relaxing music. Would recommend to anyone that is in the area!!

The service was excellent, the appetizer and dessert were great. The gnocchi was sad. It was tough and unoriginal. It looked like it had sat in an open slow cooker all day.
