Hate is a strong word. I think generally speaking the staff is decent when available. This place has a great manager that has worked there for years however when he is not around I notice a huge shift in service. Early closing, subpar food etc. I am happy you guys are on South End but this place needs a makeover (service wise)

Only thing open was the drive thru. Very quiet, we were the only people there during the lunch hour. Guy at the window gave good service and was friendly.

Very friendly service, today I went get my favorite back egg and cheese biscuit. I actually got 3 and some orange juice. The customer in the car in front of me payed fro my breakfast. I was able to leave a tip for the cashier. All around it was blessing and a great breakfast to top it off.

The food was good the service wasn't. The drive up employee was very short and harsh.

One star because I couldn't choose zero. 20 minutes for just a chicken sandwich. When said it doesn't take 20 minutes to make a chicken sandwich I was told, "you can always get your food somewhere else", so I guess I will.

The manager and the guy working were very nice! Especially for me coming through the drive through right before close! Food was fresh, portions were huge, but the customer service was amazing! Thanks you two !
