Carl's Jr.

Literally got a burger with no patty... seriously? Lol this is why I try to avoid fast food because the employees have attitudes or the food is never right. Management needs to check on their staff because idk how high you have to be to make a complete burger with sauce and everything and still forget the patty.

I enjoy Carl's Jr, and today was no different, but I feel like the 'new normal' as a drive thru only customer is getting a little short-changed. For instance, today I bought breakfast, and upgraded to a large. Obviously it was drive thru only. After pulling away and getting to where I planned to eat the meal, I noticed that the drink was about an inch below what I'd consider full. Also, when I pulled out the hashbrowns, they had given me the large container, but it was only half full. Carl's isn't the only culprit, but I as they're one of the most expensive of the fast food chains, they should deliver the on that $8+ breakfast. That said, the food was good, there was only a short wait, and the staff were friendly and courteous.
