Panda Express

Came here on a Saturday night around 8:15pm.. We were helped quickly, got two plates and two drinks. The girl helping us was nice, she seemed to be the one doing everything. After ordering, about 7 people walked in and she was doing all the work. However, this review isn’t about service quality, it’s about the food quality. The food quality here is horrible. The food traveled less than 5 minutes before getting eaten. the noodles were cold, the rice was cold, as w well l as the black pepper steak, and the veggie rolls. Everything was cold. Except our drinks, they were warm because they had no ice. They also had no napkins. The temperature of the food was very worrisome. Also, none of the cooks were wearing glovesT he re seemed to be a manager, wearing a black sweater, he wasn’t wearing ha any gloves while serving food. not sure what the procedures here are but this is very alarming..

Came here and had amazing customer service with the young lady Melissa and cashier Andre. They were very polite and patient taking my order. When I visit any other Panda Express I feel they are very RUDE and RUSH you out the door. They are great here the way customer service should be served at all places⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Seems like they have so many hands thT they are not organized. Once again I wanted beef and got chicken i wanted spring rolls and got egg rolls. If my great grandson did not like your orange chicken so much I would not go back. The front end needs to be reorganized. They should man their station and let it go to the next person that way orders don't get messed up and end up in the order that people ordered so when they pay they are getting the right order.
