Great service from this location, the employee even picked up our daughter asking us for a different flavor of soda than what we ordered. Food was perfect.

The customer service was amazing! But sitting down, we noticed the AC was leaking, & they were also all moldy as well as the lights. The dining area also smelled of mold. Get these workers a non-moldy place to continue their great work!

Wow, that was one of the best wendys burgers I have ever had. I looked around and saw that there were a lot of older people working and I have to say they know quality. That was just fantastic. So nice to see since every place other than chicfila lacks on customer service and quality. These people need a raise bc I have never been compelled to leave a review. Just fantastic!

I always love food from Wendy's. Their lines are always long at the drive-thru. I left the other night when I was there because it started pouring a very heavy rain and they have NO COVER OVER THE WINDOW TO PAY OR PICK UP YOUR ORDER AT THE DRIVE-THRU ENTRANCE. SO I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO LEAVE. OTHERS WERE LEAVING, AS WELL.
I hated leaving, but I and my car would have been drenched throughly!!! For years I have asked them why no covering over the drive-thru windows. You still get wet, but not as bad.

They are always running out of stuff, but staff is super helpful, so the owner either needs to hire me ad manager to make sure the proper amount of stock is ordered! Lol just saying!

I came to your location late night Tuesday night. I’d just left work (I’m a bartender so I was done with people lol) but the voice that came through that speaker was so happy and upbeat I couldn’t help but smile!! When I got to the window I got to meet Thomas and his smile and energy fit his voice! He really truly cares and wants to feed his positive vibe to others, y’all have a Diamond when it comes to Thomas!! Thank you Thomas, for reminding me that sweet, happy souls are still among us!!

The server/cashier Thomas is legit the RuPaul of Murrells inlet!! Super sweet and I know the service would have been 100% better had there not only been 2 employees working the late shift--- in a tourist area, during their peek season (AKA MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND/ BIKE WEEK) but they were doing the best they could with what they had. Overall the customer service was what I'll give a good review to!!
