Spent 30 min in line. Got cold fries and no napkins. And left before I got my drink. This is all on mgt. Pretty sad days when you have to sit in line that long when gas is 5$ a gallon. Whoever decided the arbys bigmac was a good idea needs a different job. That was gross.

We sat at the drive thru window for about thirty minutes. Roast beef was not the best quality, it had a stringy or fatty element to it. However, staff at the window was friendly.

Service was slow, slow, slow. I ordered at the outside stand when I got to the window they did not have my order I gave them my order again and when I got ready to leave they had left off the most expensive and main reason I stopped at Arby's the new chicken and Fry place

I ordered 2 #2s large snd drove home only to learn I had one roast beef sandwich and 1 plain hamburger patty. Seriously no one answers the phone either,

Absolutely the worst service ever. After their card reader wouldn't work, I went to the bank across the street to get cash, then right back. Our food was ice cold and was incorrect. Ice cream melted as well.

I wanted crinkle fries and they gave me curly. I asked for mayonnaise on my sandwich and they didn't put it on.

My food is usually cold which suxs however on 420 the food was fresh & hot. Kudos to the staff on duty.
