I ordered 2 #14’s but got no hash browns, no napkins and my “bacon” egg burrito was nothing but egg with ONE strip of bacon. And to think ppl want $15 an hr and can’t get a simple order correct. What a waste of my money.

It's been many years since I've had a slush at Sonic until today. The ice used to be really small little balls back in the day. Now, the ice melts almost as quickly as it hits your tongue & it is incredible! And the Blue Coconut aka Ocean Water is so freaking amazing! I LOVE IT!

People were nice and friendly. Food just wasn't what I am used to at Sonics. The burger meat had a very different taste. Not a good one. The onion rings and corn dog were breading was really soft like fresh out of microwave. Not crunchy like all other Sonics I have visited. But don't let my opinion stop you from going here your experience may be different.

Just got three shakes from them. EVERYONE OF THEM WAS WRONG. I ordered a Oreo chocolate shake. I got flat vanilla. Both of the other shakes were wrong too. Asked for a strawberry with no whip cream. It was covered in it. The last one was strawberry cheesecake and I got flat strawberry. You might get a smaller shake at cookout but it will most likely be what you ordered. This place never gets your order right and they show no signs of even wanting to fix this.

Haven't had their mobile orders open since I have moved here. They keep saying they can't open it due to lack of workers but every other sonic around has theirs open. Doesn't make a lot of sense. They also do not accept the deals that every other sonic does either, like half price burgers on Tuesday or half price drinks all day. Just a terrible sonic in my opinion.

Got a double cheeseburger, the lettuce was either bad or it was sitting for along time. Super disgusting. Other items were fine. The machine for stall 15 is apparently broken and won't take cards. Would be nice to have known,a simple sign would do the job.

They got our order wrong. It was only 2 sandwiches. Nothing else. I ask for onions. Girl came out with attitude. I told her to forget it. She walked off. Not good business people. They weren't even busy.
