The store is really great but not perfect. The employees are all very helpful and even when returning products with missing packaging I haven’t had issues. My only complaint is the organization. The aisle numbering makes 0 sense to me, and what’s listed under the aisle numbers isn’t always what is in that aisle. I find myself having to ask someone or look at my phone constantly to find something because I can’t rely on the signs. Other than that it’s a solid Lowe’s!

I been wanting a fire pit kit and I found one at Lowe's for a great price..... Home Depot is closer and had the same kit but was double the price as Lowe's. Also bought a mattress and Fridge from Lowe's . Great customer service and I also got them at a great price. Love the Murray Lowe's store! I set it up and it was missing 4 stones. So I called Lowe's and they said come pick 4 more up no problem. Now that's great customer service 🙂

This location is stocked well with products and the store is very clean and the employees are very friendly which is with most Lowe's Home Improvement locations. However avoid at all costs the West Valley location on 5600 West 4100 South as they are the rudest and laziest employees I've seen at any company. Currently this is the closest to where I live and I have to commute to a further one because of how many problems I've had with this location. Corporate Lowe's does nothing to me "improve" the West Valley management and team.

Today I was looking for a soil test kit. It wasn't on the shelf as the app stated but employee Karolina (not sure on spelling) was able to help me find them. She could have done what employees at other businesses do and simply said they must be out, but she didn't. Her and another male coworker looked in the system when the last stock was delivered and when the last one was sold. Rather then give up, they investigated and walked with me until we found it in a box way up above the shelves in a completely different aisle than one would expect. In a world where people wants tips to be paid for doing the bare minimum of their job, your two employees went above and beyond and delivered world class customer service without thought of reward or recognition. This is why I will always choose Lowe's first when I need home improvement help. Please let them know I appreciate their help. Karolina will know who the male was. I didn't catch his name.
