This restaurant isn't the cafe. It's on the 2nd floor inside Nordstrom at Fashion Place Mall. On the far east side of the store. Great views of the mountains from the booths along the large windows. They don't seat you. Order and pay first. Then a waiter brings your food out. There's a menu taped to the plastic shield. Probably because of Covid. It gives the calorie counts which I appreciate. There are a lot of things around 500 calories but some over 1,000. My salad was good, especially the shrimp. Cooked perfectly. Almost $20 though. I liked it but would try something else. Next time I'm getting what my husband got, the prime rib french dip. The prime rib is shaved. The bread is toasted. Dip in au jus. It's so good! Get fries or side salad - he said the salad was his favorite thing. That's saying a lot. We both got a cup of steak and vegetable soup. Comes with a crisp toast on top. Good but I'm saving the calories for the cookie. To top off the meal we shared a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie. They warm it for you, on request. Very good. I'll be back next time I'm at Fashion Place Mall and want a no kids sit down dinner.

Just dined here for the first time and I loved the casual atmosphere but excellent quality food. No lie - their French onion soup is better than what I've had at famous and well-respected Parisian cafes. Everything we ate was delicious, the service was great, and their COVID precautions were transparent and appreciated.

My obsession for cilantro lime shrimp salad and bread pudding has taken a life of its own. I go to Nordstrom’s Cafe Bistro to satisfy this craving, at least, once a week. Don’t get me wrong...the other dishes I’ve had-pizza, pasta, crab bisque-are delicious but there’s something about the salad that I’ll never grow tired of. Maybe it’s the tangy dressing juxtaposed with the salty tortilla chips, fresh produce, and savory shrimp that meshes together so perfectly? And ending the meal with their white chocolate bread pudding is bliss. It’s rich, it’s sweet, it’s decadent, it’s a dessert to be shared. Also, their staff is really nice and accommodating without continuously loitering in your bubble.

Nestled in-between the different clothing departments on the second level of Nordstrom, you will find a neat, little cafe. I am NEVER disappointed when I go eat lunch here. The food is delicious, high quality, and just very satisfying in general. I got the club sandwich with fries and the Mexican street corn on the cob. I have nothing bad to say and would recommend coming here if you’re at the mall and want something that is decently priced and good to eat.

My kids and I love to eat here (or get to-go)! The food is so fresh and delicious and the prices are affordable. The kids meal is a great price and comes with a drink and fresh fruit. Chicken fingers are my kids fave. We also love the pizzas and freshly squeezed lemonade. And Caesar salad. The employees are all so friendly, especially the manager Chris- he knows all the guests and takes good care of you.

Fantastic restaurant! From the friendly and welcoming greeting from Cameron to the great service by Jake! The sandwich I got was the best sandwich I've had in a long time and it came out quick. The fries and olive dip it comes with was amazing as well. Bonus was the manager Chris even stopped by my table to see how my meal was! Will definitely be back. A+ food and service.
