Izzy was the loudest, most smiley person on the line. She took my order I was in and out and she even saved money on the app for being a first time downloader. Everyone was amazing! The speed the friendliness I will definitely be coming back.

I came in at about 3:30 today and the team lead was welcoming and energetic! He and his team had great communication with us and each other while preparing our food, even though it was busy and only two of them were on the line.

Angel was the first face I saw when I walked in. He was friendly helpful and knowledgeable! So delightful to make suggestions and present a professional and friendly atmosphere right off the bat! I watched how he spoke to his colleagues with courtesy friendliness. What a refreshing and wonderful experience!

I went here expecting a normal good restaurant but it was more than I expected, the lobster bisque was perfect with the chunks and cream. The bbq pulled pork was really good as well. Not only was the food good but the service, I was greeted with a warm welcome by an employee and he was very outgoing and kind in his work making sure I have a good experience here. The atmosphere as well, just felt very modern and comfortable, it was neat and even. Overall one of the best restaurants I’ve been to.

Came in during the lunch rush and the whole team was so friendly and had the line running swiftly and accurately. Angel finished off my order and he was so friendly and charismatic. Really appreciate all the friendly faces and wonderful service. Also, food NEVER disappoints!!

My first time here. The food was good. The ordering process was confusing. One person asked me half my order and another the second half it would be easier to give one person my full order. I wasn’t sure if I put my food away or if someone does but found it later. Just a confusing experience. Food was good more variety would be nice like a chicken dumpling soup or more vegetarian options. I didn’t know the food automatically came with a chocolate covered strawberry either I wouldn’t have ordered a desert if I knew but it was still good food.

The food is always good. Unfortunately, this last trip, the service was a little unorganized. We were the only ones in line. 3 groups of two came in after us and were served. It wasn't because we had a complicated order. It seemed to be the same as the others. soup and a sandwich. We received our complete order after the other 3 couples. Maybe this was just a bad day for them. The soup and sandwich were delicious 😋

All in all it's a great place. Amazing location, with the park, and big stores nearby. Awesome atmosphere. You get your food a lot faster than other places, and the food (my favorite being the sandwiches) is delicious. I haven't been going here for too long, but I've tried a lot of the different meals, and every time I find something new to get again. If you come, make sure to download the Café Zupas app because they are always doing promotions. They have a wonderful patio out front, and everyone working here is so fun to talk to. The reason I don't give five stars for the specific catagories is because not every meal on the menu is the best, and there could be better music they play in there, but that's my opinion.

Went in for my first time and tried the pick-two combo and got the Berries & Burrata Salad and the Southwest Potato Soup. The salad was beautiful and delicious! The burrata was creamy and the berries were very ripe. I highly recommend it. The soup was also great, but keep an eye out as some toppings cost extra.
They didn't seem to have a separate line for online and in-store orders, so although the line was short we were help up by some other orders they needed to fulfill.
