Update; We came tonight, April 12th, and I had the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and it was really good. The crew tonight was friendly and made our sandwiches quickly. This is a really good Jersey Mike's, food quality and staff is always very good. Thanks again! Around March 15th; We go here periodically and the food is always good and the guys working there are friendly and focused on their job duties.

This location is the worst experience I’ve had with Jersey Mike’s. ZERO customer service. Traveled with the team I coach, presented a tax exempt form was told “we don’t do that here.” We have been to Jersey Mike’s many times where that isn’t the case. Not even a uniform discount of 10% off. Didn’t have a discussion with the manager because she refused to address the issue and help. My favorite sandwich shop really disappointed today.

Manager that brought out my food was a bit upset because I made him walk an extra inch because I was not parked right right in front of their door. Well, there was no parking. This is what he said: “Can you make sure next time you park in front?” I mean , there was no parking spot and they don’t have any designated curbside pickup either so what did he expect ? That is why they ask type of car so they can spot the car in case it cannot be parked in the smack front. To top it off , he should make sure next time he prepares food without any eyelash hairs. First and last time I order from this location.

This place makes a pretty good sandwich and the crew is very attentive to your needs. My complaint is their drink selection. They only offer Pepsi but no Coke or Dr pepper. I mean look at the picture, have you ever seen such a terrible drink selection? Come on guys at least put some Dr pepper up there.

I ordered a number 8 club. The guy forgot to put bacon on the sandwich. I asked about bacon and he said I didn’t ask for it. Then he added it and gave me my sandwich. I tried to clarify to make sure I order it correctly in the future. I asked him if I needed to order a number 8 with bacon and he ignored me. Rude! Rude!
