went for the ribs and ended up getting the feast for 1 so i could get a taste of everything! i got the okra and baked potato for my sides. well worth the visit! i will be back

Ate here by chance after my son's ballgame and it did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly, especially toward my 2 kids. The food was great and a generous portion. And you can never go wrong with a place that has cheerwine!

Coming from GA to have a weekend getaway. Found this little place and decided to stop in for some lunch. Although busy, the staff were all extremely friendly. Our server was top notch. Food was absolutely outstanding and the apple pie is a must have. Very please and will be back for sure!

I got in at about 2 on a Wed. They seated me immediately.
I ordered a pulled pork plate/baked beans with 1/2 sweet and unsweetened tea. The tea was fresh, the BBQ was good. I ate it all.

Stopped in on Sunday afternoon...yes, there was a wait but it was well worth it! My husband and I both got the ribs. To die for!!! And our waitress, Alyssa, was as cute as could be....very friendly, and even though busy, she kept coming by with that beautiful smile, to check on us. Will definitely be coming back!!

Food was terrific! Atmosphere was cozy! Service was super slow! We waited forever on our check and to go boxes. Literally 30 minutes or longer after we were finished and asked for our check and boxes. And it was on a Tuesday afternoon so it didn’t seem to be super super busy. However the food was fantastic.

· Baby Back Ribs: Falls off the bone, very tender and soft. Nicely smoked and juicy. My only complaint would be that it’s so small and mostly bones than meat
· Beef Brisket: one of the best beef briskets I’ve had. Very fatty and tender, great smoky flavor and each bite is just happiness
· Chicken Tenders: very dry
· Fried Pickles: love the fried pickles, it’s crispy and sourish interior. Dip it in the sauce makes it a perfect appetizer
· Fried Okra: just as I’d expect, crispy outside batter with soft okra inside
· Texas Toast: the toast is very buttery and garlicky. I really liked it
· Deep Fried apple pie with Ice creams: definitely a highlight of the meal. The exterior is piping hot and crispy, inside is warm sweet gooey apple sauce. Topped with a ice cream just adds the perfect finish to the item

Honestly, the most amazing BBQ that my wife and I have ever eaten. We ordered the two person feast. It comes with ribs, pulled pork, brisket, and half a smoked chicken. I lost count of the number of sides that come with it! The meat is of the highest quality and is smoked to perfection. As they say in the South, you can eat on that for a week! I have a very healthy appetite and my wife and I took enough food home for yet one more very satisfying and enjoyable meal.

We went on a Saturday and they were extremely busy but it was well worth the wait. I had the smoked chicken which was good, very juicy. My husband had the brisket and it was phenomenal. It was so good that we went back on Sunday. The hostess remembered us and thanked us for coming back after the chaotic previous day. The service was once again excellent. We went back on Sunday to try the ribeye. It had to be good, right? We were very disappointed. The steak had good flavor, was seasoned right, and cooked to our preferred doneness. The problem was it just seemed to be a poor quality steak. It was tough and had a fair amount of gristle. We still enjoyed our meal realizing that we were at a bbq restaurant and not a steakhouse. We will go back but will avoid the ribeye next time.

This place is amazing! True country good BBQ and is always packed. That is a great sign when the locals frequent it. Lauren was on point as my waitress and always had my tea refilled and kept checking to make sure everything was perfect. My ribs were a little luke warn and I asked her to zap them in the microwave but she said no sir.... let me please bring you a new rack. And she did! Glad I finally had a chance to try them out.
