The food is fine, never had a problem with that, its just ALWAYS busy. Seems like no matter what time of day the line is wrapped around the building. Also, if you go in the morning make sure you are prepared to completely raise out your seat and halfway out of your car window to hand the lady at the pay window your money/card because she barely puts her hand out the window or even extends her arm. Super annoying.

Pulled up and was told "just a moment" by whoever was working the window. Someone pulled up in the lane next to me and had their order taken. Got told again "just one moment" only for the same thing to happen a second time. I expect good service no matter where I am, and I don't take the 'oh but it's McDonald's' excuse. You either do your job right, or you figure something else out for yourself.

This is the worst Mc Donald's I've ever been to. We did an online order and waited 45 min for it to come out. The food was cold!!! They forgot the drinks. Waited another 10 min for drinks only to have no ice and they were flat and watered down. Had to go in and get fresh drinks and they were fully staffed and everyone was standing around laughing. This was today (Saturday) after lunch hour traffic. Would not recommend eating here!!!

I always feel funny leaving a review for McDonald's. The food has been the same for a very very long time so really it just comes down to each locations quality execution and service. This location has always been decent.

Finding a clean table in the dining room of this location is similar to finding ocean front property in Arizona. I've witnessed customers bringing napkins into the bathroom on several occasions, getting them wet, and cleaning their own tables before sitting down. A little more cleanliness would help a lot with everyone's experience at the restaurant.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced in my entire life. Waited an hour in the drive thru got home food is totally incorrect and it's incorrect every time I've ever been. Don't waste your time go home and make a bologna sandwich.

•Cookies were so burnt they were actually stuck together and hard in the center. Inedible.

•Sandwich was luke warm.

You’d be much better off taking the drive down to McDonalds on I-24 and Almaville Rd. Any McDonald’s run by McGuire’s Management will never give you Quality Food or Great Service.
