Subway

Twice I have been to this Subway and the young man got my order wrong. Fortunately his mother made him correct the order. This was three months ago. My father just went out there and ordered a 6” sub. The young man started fixing a 12”. My dad said he told him three times he wanted a 6”. While dad was talking to a friend this young man fixed dads sandwich. Dad went to pay. It was a 12” sub. Dad said he ordered a 6”, the kid said but I made a 12” that is what you owe. Dad was hungry so he went ahead and paid. Not a good way to treat your customers

Ordered a footlong turkey Italiano which is supposed to be turkey salami and pepperoni with provolone cheese I had to use the restroom so I wrote my order down for the guy making the sandwich with what I wanted and what I wanted on it and that I wanted it toasted when I returned from the restroom I paid and left when I got home and opened my sandwich what I got was a sandwich with only turkey the wrong bread no cheese untoasted and so much sauce that the wrapper and bread were soggy and fell apart the last two times I've ordered from this subway I used the app and my orders were wrong I thought if I went in it would be correct I mean the ingredients were WRITTEN ON THE PAPER obviously the people working here either don't know how to make the sandwiches that people order or they cant read when I contacted corporate I was pretty much told we're sorry your order was wrong but there's nothing we can do about it I will not be back to this subway

Really uncomfortable having to walk my child through the dark abandoned gas station side to use the bathroom after dark. It was clean, though tp roll cover and soap dispenser were broken. Husband said the men's bathroom wasn't very nice and had broken paper towel dispenser. Service at the sandwich counter was fine, and comparable to other Subways I've been to. Ingredients were fresh, tables could've used a wipe down. Fine for quick takeout only in my opinion. I felt bad for the employees having to go into the dark gas station to get into their walk-in.
