When they get the order and made right the pizza is decent. I like the $5 option w three or more items. With 3 growing boys that fits perfectly on busy, no time to cook day. Its not cool that I sat at the drive through waiting for my pizza while a lady was nodded out and then when I got her attention she barely could lift her eye lids. Get it together.

I waited for 3 hours for pizza even checked 2.5 hrs in and was told it was on the way. 30 minutes later when i called again they told me they cancelled my order. I placed it at 7pm to feed my children bc im ill and ended up having to drag them out in the cold for mcdonalds bc pizza hut just decided they didnt wanna deliver my $50 order

I just went in to order cheese sticks and breadsticks only with marinara and cheese dipping sauce. The man charged $25.00 for burnt sticks and refused to re-cook them said that I would have to pay for them again. Refused a refund said I opened the box otherwise he could and had the nerve to request a tip. Never again. The cheese sauce is cold and watery. This is the one on 19th and Madison in Muncie.

Just picked up a Combination box of pizza, cheese sticks and chicken wings for our employees. The pizza was mostly Crust, the cheese sticks had a blob of cheese in the middle and burnt. chicken wings barely had any sauce on them.... Whoever prepared this could care less about customer service or Food quality. Our company won't be back,, Really Pathetic!!
