Buffalo Wild Wings

It's been almost a year since the pandemic started and bdubs still can't figure out a system for online orders. We waited an hour and a half from when we placed our order and when we left to pick it up so that we would arrive at the "promise" time that the order was supposed to be ready. Once we got there the options were to wait outside in the cold or huddle in the entrance shoulder to shoulder with everyone else who was waiting. 40 minutes later we actually got our food. Social distancing and proper mask wearing is a joke at Buffalo Wild Wings. The employee calling out the orders that were ready didn't wear her mask correctly to start with and then she completely pulled it away from her face to yell the names. Try getting her a speaker phone or something. She might as well not wear a mask. Very disappointed that since the start of the pandemic bdubs has gotten worse at adhering to safety protocol than they were months ago. We figured it would be better by now.

Foods great. On tuesday its bogo traditional wings. You can ask for mainly flats and they give em to you. I always get mine fried hard so they can be crispy and not soggy. I usually get great fast service except from the bar area, they are a bit slow when you are ordering from a table, overall good experience.

Edit: just learned they're fried in beef shortening, so they're not vegetarian. So what's the point? You can't use some vegetable oil instead for the veggie wings so vegetarians can actually eat them? They were delicious and I was excited to come back but now I can't so unfortunately changing review. Worth noting the service at the Muncie location was great. My complaint is with the way the chain chooses to prepare the cauliflower wings. Old review: New cauliflower wings are awesome! Wings are my favorite but I haven't been able to get bdubs since I went vegetarian. Super glad to have them now!
