Every single social media site says they open at 11 a.m and close at 10 p.m every day . Well I walked up a few minutes before 9 to go inside and right before I got to the door a female employee turned the “Open” sign off and proceeded to close the curtains while staring at me 😑 Now if there’s a mistake on your social media and google and you close at 9 then that’s fine ! But the fact your employee couldn’t open the door, that also says you close @ 10, just to say y’all weren’t open is beyond me 🤷🏻♀️ Terrible customer service !

They did not honor the free scoop offer on my app on national ice cream day. Said it was only if Door Dash delivered $15+ order. Right. Like Door Dash is going to deliver one scoop of ice cream. They gave me a 30 cent discount on one scoop for the "misunderstanding".
