It was a horrible experience! We have been here as family many times and never had in issue on no weight Wednesday's into the last visit. We normally pay 20 bucks or less for 4 .. this time some new girl Abby who was rude and had a I dont care attitude! Was working.. she try charging us 29 dollars. After we asked why , her answer as employee was I DONT KNOW THAT'S WHAT THE PRICE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN.. which come to find out she was new and was wrong prices went up almost a 1 dollar... with no information showing prices when up.. we looked at our purchase history and saw it.. After speaking to another employee who was nice and tried help.. we asked for the manager's phone number.. Whitney We called right away .. and it's been 3 days and no call back... It's clear us as a family our business means nothing to BERRYWINKLE.. Dont go unless you want to pay higher dollars for horrible customer service... I'll stick to my DQ and spend less than 20 dollars and get better service!

Glad we went. For safety the employees are making the fro yo for you and they are really helpful. We got to sample a couple flavors before getting a full cup. The employees did a great job of putting the toppings on that I asked for. Everything was touch free and clean. Loved it. We will be back soon.

BerryWinkle is 🍨 located in Muncie 💫 Indiana. This is an average place to get ice cream. They offer self service and the price is determined by weight. Kids will 👦🏻 love this place as they 👧🏻 offer a wide selection of toppings. They also offer a multiple flavors 😋 of ice cream that is changed every so often. The ice cream comes soft served 🍦 and they do not offer shakes or mixers. Clean place with a cheerful 😄 atmosphere.

Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised it was open when considering all the COVID NONSENSE! I believe they took safety precautions that all customers would be approving of! Now... let's get to the good stuff😁 They're MARSHMALLOW FRO-YO is out of this world delicious, and I personally take it straight up plain Jane! I also had to throw out how much my four year old daughter loved the adorable trash cans that sit around the picnic table area! Oh, she fell for the marshmallow FRO-YO too😉

Ice cream/froyo shops are typically a once-in-great while trip for our family. The main reason: cost. I have a really hard time spending nearly $10 on two cups of ice cream when a whole container at the store is under $5. BerryWinkle falls into that category. Yes, they have lots of different toppings, but only 6-8 flavors and the price per ounce really starts to add up quickly. The one saving grace is they usually have a dairy-free option and with allergies in our family, it is one of just a couple places we can "go out" and get ice cream. Btw, if you go on Wednesday, fill the cup with as much as possible - it's "no weight Wednesday" and they charge a flat fee ($7). Found out the hard way that Wednesdays are not the day to get just a little treat for the kiddos. Spent way too much money on what we walked out with.
