Fazoli's

We order from here tonight and we spent $60 we are not happy with the food the fettuccine did not have enough Alfredo sauce over half of the pasta was dry we order extra bread sticks they were very soft like they were not cooked all the way through and the spaghetti the pasta was a little on the hard side and the sauce was runny and it had a funny taste to it we will not be ordering from you again and i am going to tell all of my Veteran friends and every one i know at the VA to not buy from this restaurant.

It took less than 5 minutes for me to tell my wife that I like the store in the next town (Anderson) better. We waited, and kept seeing others being served their meals... we finally got the servers attention 25 minutes after placing our order... only to be told that they must have forgotten to put it in. That wasn't even the worst part... the dining room was filthy, with food and paper all over the floors, some of it obviously for hours, such as dried and hardened spaghetti beneath my feet below my table. The pictures I've attached are mild, because I didn't want to disturb other guests by my photo taking. The final thing was, as my wife's meal was delivered she inquired, sort of sarcastically, if it has extra cheese (it obviously didn't... because it looked just like mine even though she had paid for extra cheese), to which she was told, "yes!" in a rather huffy tone.
