Ihop

Upon arrival to this location in Muncie they appeared to be pretty busy. What was very surprising after being seated was that every table was occupied with people less than 6 feet apart. Maybe this was fine but just surprising. The only other issue we had was that my daughter and I came for the gluten free pancakes given our wheat allergies. The pancakes were good except for the fact that nowhere on the menu, or from our waiter, was there any mention of these pancakes being loaded with chopped nuts. They weren't bad but not what we expected.

The food and the service was good but my girlfriend says to give it a 3 star rating simply because we now realise where "old"😭😭 sorry IHOP but apparently it is your fault for being a college town with young college folk out eating dinner at 11 at night like us old folks. Pretty sure we were out past our bedtime.

Waited to be seated for five minutes, so we sat ourselves; other customers had seated themselves as well. Sat at our table for ten minutes waiting for a menu while waiters just kept walking past, giving us dirty looks. My cousin asked one waitress to come to our table, she said she would and never came. Finally a waitress came over and we asked for our menus -waitress didn’t come to us the first time with menus- and was rude cause we sat ourselves yet other customers did the same. It took us a 20 minute wait for the menus. Then after finally ordering our food, we waited yet another 25 minutes just for the food to come. I don’t recommend coming here.

Don't eat here at night. After 2 times with the same problem, will not be back. Waited over 20 minutes, no hello, or be right with you. Never got spoken to by any one. A table left after we got there, and saw 3 unbusted tables. 2 groups left after not getting seated or greeted within 15 min. We finally left when the waitress told the cook to take the food back because the table that ordered walked out. Horrible customer service. Again, will not be back.
