Wow how disappointing, sent daughter to get sandwiches I always order 2 sandwiches the veggie delights always have to stand there making sure an actual fair amount of lettice is put on. tomatoes onions and black olives are good in small quantities but the 2 i gotten today really very disappointed very little lettuce asked daughter what happened she let me know she asked for extra lettuce then was told they were supposedly limited stock (I CALL BS ON THAT) I USUllally go myself but not today. 2 stars 🌟 is the highest today's visit can go and that's being overly generous. Daughters reaction of her sandwiches was meh! And when orders are done correctly there is usually always at least a 20 percent tip but not today . I don't like driving further than I have to cause of gas prices any more but for a correctly made sandwiches MADE MY WAY I WILL DRIVE TO DERBY OR WICHITA. want to support local stores but not if or when it's like this. Ok that's my rant.

I've been to this Subway several times. They are always out of something. Once it was turkey, once tomatoes, and once herds and cheese bread. The people working generally have poor attitudes. I think it's because they are harassed by people ordering stuff that management hasn't ordered enough of. In my opinion it's worth it to drive another 5 miles to the one in Derby to get good service and have all the ingredients available.

Horrible experience, again! Go in at 8 PM with my daughter. She wants the Subway club and they have no turkey or roast beef. So she settles for ham. I order a chicken bacon ranch and guess what? No chicken! So I order steak and cheese. Comes time to order my veggies and they're out of onions! I've has the same kind of luck at 1oclock on a Sunday afternoon. Always short staffed and out of food!
