Taco Bell

My husband wanted taco bell today so we decided to come in and dine. The place was completely nasty! Every table had food or sugary drink on it. It had not been cleaned this day or the night before( don't know when they clean dur>no the day). The floor was littered with trash and food. One table still had leftovers on it! It was cool though, a welcome from the heat but they should at least clean at the beginning of each day and throughout the day. I had to clean a table and seats off for us to dine. I know that everyone in business are shorthanded but that's a sorry excuse to not at least clean a food establishment where people can come in and eat. SMH, this is the sources fast food place I've been to. Cleanliness was my first impression and first impressions are everything. Food was good.

What is the purpose of wearing gloves when you grab boxes, papers and then start preparing food? I went inside to place an order to go, and the employee behind the counter directed me to the self serve kiosk. What is the purpose of having someone at the register if i have to place the order myself? On the plus side, the order was correct.
