Qdoba Mexican Eats

The food was great, but several teens working there, one in particular, aren't. She is a brunette with long hair. She treats customers with utter contempt. This employee with only speak to ask food questions and won't smile or make much eye contact. It's the second time we'd noticed her poor attitude. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time, thinking maybe she had a bad day, but she treated us the same way the next time as well. I'm sorry she and a couple other teens dislike their job, but as a customer these kids give QDoba a bad name. No employees were wearing face masks as is posted on the restaurant wall and door.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at Qdoba I asked for burrito once we got to meat this kid put a quarter sized piece the brisket shred I asked him if he was kidding $10 burrito and that's what you're going to put on it. He got all irrate saying how he wasn't going to be filling the meat all day if I wanted extra I'd have to pay more. Hey these companies need to make them weight portion cups if this is how it is. If I wanted a rice burrito with very little veggies in it I'd order it like that. This unacceptable. N the behavior of staff while I ate. No wonder this shop is empty.

Where to begin? This was my first time to a qdoba in years and well it will most likely will be my last. No prices on the menu for any of the food. No topping selection anywhere on the menu. Rushed through the order line like i was on a conveyor belt. Being as this was my first time here I have know idea how or what to order. The menu says 3 tacos, bowl, 3 cheese nachos and so on. Like have some kind of description and price so I know what to order. The 3 bite size tacos were just that bite size. The handful of chips for my nachos was just a hand full. I got all of this plus a soda for just under $20. Oh and I was still a little hungry too.

Be careful, I watched a worker get extremely rude with a customer that returned their food, when I got home with my take out order I found their returned food in my order instead of some of my food. An unacceptable mistake and when I contacted them later to let them know they didn't seem to care and just gave me a couple free meals, like I'm going to get food from a place that would serve me unsanitary food... Let me know how you are going to make sure this never happens again if you want to make it right... EDIT: After the response asking me to reach out again I did. Again I got a form letter response and again more free entrees added to my account. I didn't want free food, I want to know you took action to resolve the issue.

This place is gross!!!!! Staff is rude, pushy and down right disrespectful. Haven't been to a Qdoba in years. Figured try this one out. Young lady with the attitude tried rushing myself and wife through the line like boot camp chow line. Food was horrific and cold straight out of the bin. The taco bowl tastes old, steak was hard, guacamole had no taste, chips were stale and to top it off no salt packets. Asked for some and was told if it's not out we don't have any. I'm the lucky one and kept down some of what I ate. Wife wasn't so lucky half way home. Not sure how they're still in business but they'll never get my money again!!!!!

I’ve gotten multiple meals from the Mukwonago Qdoba and this Wednesday the chips tasted funny, like they were cooked in old grease. I also am only able to eat the brisket as it’s gluten, dairy and sugar free, but it’s often so gnarly I can’t help but spit it out. If I’m lucky I get a patient server that will carefully choose meat for me, others race through my order as if it was an online order and I was not standing there. I also got a stain of red salsa on my jeans from the bottom of my container of salad recently, which was not due to anything in my salad. I hope this location is working towards improving their customer service and quality. Update: They responded to my review immediately (just like all the others) and I emailed them immediately referencing my review as they requested. The automatic email said they’re behind in providing responses and it’s already 5 days late. I do know that 4 days later the chips still tasted funny, as my friend agreed and on day 5 my coworkers agreed they still taste off.
