Jack In The Box

I ordered through the app, when I came to pick up they said order was never placed. Then I showed my order number and email. Now it was the system is down, I asked for a refund since I was already charged. They said they could not refund me because it’s a corporate thing. I just want a refund, it doesn’t seem right to get charged for something without receiving anything.

Even though there was no line, we got parked. It was not a huge deal as we ordered both breakfast and lunch items for a family of 4. So I imagine some time had to be put into it. I don't mind waiting, knowing that my food will be properly prepared and not rushed. I had the meaty breakfast burrito, it was on point. My son had the buttery jack for the first time and instantly fell in love with it. Wife had ultimate breakfast sandwich and was pleased. Everything was hot and tasted as good as expected. Thanks y'all.

The last two trips they get my kids meals incorrect. Even after we repeat each other. 1 hamburger plain with only ketchup. 1 completely plain. I've gotten cheeseburgers, one with only mustard, one with both mustard and ketchup or 1 with the works just no ketchup. I'm frustrated as this is a repeat issue. This is just up the street from us and we love Jack in the Box but I will not be stopping at this location anymore.
