Mcdonald's

After getting vaccine took my little one for a treat for some reason a happy meal does make the little ones happy this McDonald's is not one to give a happy experience 2 large fries and a happy meal and not allowing customers to have ketchup i asked he looked in the bag as if he was verifying saying it is the bag I look there is no ketchup in here he replied its in the happy meal open that may I please have some ketchup he looks at me as if I am speaking a foreign language I ask again may I have some ketchup he stands there I am like okay you are not allowed to give out ketchup are you out? He replies no the I say can I have some ketchup he is frozen as if he is having a medical condition i ask again also ask if he is okay he just looks at me I say okay keep your ketchup and drive off puzzled not one ketchup packet 2 large fries a happy meal really. Still don't get it OH well I will not go back to this location. Customer service at its finest NOT

I would leave a zero star if I could, just waited in standby for 6 mcdoubles and 3 fries for over 15 minutes. Get to my destination and my fries are not even cooked sandwiches are wrong. So I called in asked for a manager got a gentleman named "Bob" I know that wasn't his real name, was very rude,unprofessional, and full of excuses on why there service and food sucked. Stay clear of this McDonald's horrible food and even worse service.

No complaints it's definetly one of the better locations I have been too, but being a Canadian citizen it's different seeing some items not here and the way some of the items are made are fun to see. Like ordering breakfast and having square eggs instead of circles in Canada. I want the Vanilla Chai Frapps, which would love to have in the US :)

Staff were very disrespectful and untrained. Had to give order number to them that I was waiting on 5 times. They said they were working on order twenty minutes later came back to ask for order number again.manager needs to train staff better if they cannot understand things they should write it down. Staff on cel phone visiting not working.

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal. Opened it and it was so flat like someone pressed their hand down on it. I then opened it and the lettuce was old, nasty looking, and the sandwich was barely hanging onto life. Lol did not resemble the pictures or commercials McDonald's. Which, I know realistically they don't. But they do usually look way more appetizing than this. Pictures says it all.
