Subway

I went over to purchase a sandwich at 7:45pm. I liked at the hours on the door and the place closes at 8:00pm. The place was closed already and the girl had the lights off ready to get out of there at 8:01pm. She ignored me and it looked like all the food had Ben put away. This is the 2nd Time this has happened to me. This is the subway in Mukilteo Washington. It looked to me that the girl had started closing down at 7:30pm instead of 8:00pm. It appears that the management may not be aware of what is going on. This happened tonight.

I usually enjoy this particular Subway. The food was made to order & was good. However, for the first time, the customer service was horrid. I walked in and one worker was on the phone, seemed to be taking an order. She just turned around & went to the back. Understandable that she did not stop & help me immediately. On the other hand, there was a second employee in the back. I could see her. I decided to fill my soda cup while I waited for her to come out. But she didn't. What she did do was ignore me. She decided that was the time to fill botttles with dressing right in plain view. Mind you, she started this AFTER I had filled my soda. When she did come out, I was not greeted, nor apologized to for the wait. Just a very bland what do you want. As I gave her my order, a family of 4 came in. My sandwich was in the toaster, so she started their order. She stopped to finish mine, and within 10 seconds, the first employee came back out & apologized to the family for their wait. 10 seconds is how long they waited. Me? I waited about 7 minutes just to be just to be acknowledged. I don't think I'll be going back to this location.
