• At least one cashier's English may be poor.
• When I visited during a COVID-19 outbreak when Santa Clara County required shoppers to wear masks by law, the store had a prominently posted sign mandating masks. But the cashier wasn't wearing one.
• While shopping that same morning, a customer who was also not wearing a mask entered.

Note photo. Guy slapped my pizza together with one upside down so everything was a mess and the toppings all came off. One piece ended up with double toppings and the other with none.
Usually people drinking in the parking lot and often quite crowded with nowhere to park in the lot. Staff is either just kinda quiet or friendly. Franchise owner or son are usually there in the morning. Smaller selection of drinks than the nearby 7-11 on Rengstorff. However a lot less sketchy people hanging around than Rengstorff.

Be very careful store employee does nothing. a guy frequents there who is a drug addict. The store worker lets him inside the store. He was tweaking right in front of the entry too. Homeless and addicts congregate often. They sit there all day. The addict and alcoholic panhandles. He was not only tweaking but had a few large cans of beer next to where he was sitting. Customers and store employee, just ignore him BUT addicts' behaviors are unpredictable and can be dangerous because no one knows what their sudden reactions may be.

Employees are rude and disrespectful .. the store was very cluttered and unorganized... I hate having to go because of the rude and disrespectful employees ! I would rather go 5 Miles out of my way in a storm so I am not treated so horribly.

I find that I will avoid other stores, just to find my self back at the 7-eleven I grew up in. Luv this store. Hallo lou yeah! Only if the gates of heaven were as wonderful as 7-Eleven...:-)!

Clean store, well stocked, extremely good staff. They remember items, offer prompt service, and are very polite. It's rare to go in a 7-11 and interact with such nice staff.
