Food quality and quantity both are poor. Ambiance is good since it is exact at castro street. Service is good, all members behaved very nicely and friendly. But the food is very disappointing. Not going again ..waste of money .. the poorest taste of Mediterranean food ever I had

I felt they sent me a great lunch. Wow, I had a great and delicious Veggie plate. This item is vegetarian and came with beautifully grilled vegetables on a bed of rice and nice seasoning. It was served with tzatziki sauce and salad. I also ordered a side of 4 falafel balls which also were cooked finely. Thank You.

Had a wonderful time on both times I was here. Tried the Lamb Donner (Gyro) and their Turkish Kunafa. Gyro was fairly good but Not very authentic, Kunafa was Yummy and the best. The owner or store manager is very nice and welcoming. Prices were not cheap I guess but about standard for a mountainview neighborhood. I'll come back for the Turkish tea and Kunafa again for sure!

Really good food. It was a little bit pricey but it was delicious and filling! I got the falafel plate and it was yum yum.

Tldr: Go for the signature items, they're really good! Healthy option (non-signature): Chicken Shish Plate Went here for lunch with my boyfriend and a friend, and it was quite a nice experience. We sat outside since the weather was nice, but the downside was that the server just took forever to come take our order. Maybe he forgot we were there? I had to go in and tell them we were ready, but things were smooth after that. The food came pretty quickly, in about 10 minutes! There wasn't too much of a crowd at the time either since it was around 1:45pm on a Sunday afternoon, so that must have helped. In terms of the food, some items are better than the others. I ordered the Chicken Shish Plate, which was nothing special at all. It was 2 grilled chicken souvlaki skewers, with a cup of white rice and steamed brussels sprouts (and carrots which I asked them to drop). The chicken was cooked well, so that was a plus, but it was way too oily! I had to use two napkins to get the oil off. I was also disappointed that they didn't offer brown rice. The combination of the chicken with the vegetables and rice was nice though. It also came with a yogurt based sauce which was pretty good, but I didn't have much of it to avoid the calories. My boyfriend got the Chicken Beyti, one of the signature items on the menu, and he loved it! It looked quite exquisite, and had some yogurt in the center to serve as a dip. He said it was cooked really well and the red sauce was a perfect combination. My friend got the Moussaka, which he was a little skeptical about at first since it had eggplant, and he isn't much of an eggplant fan. It turned out that was the best part of the dish! He kept going on about how it went so well with everything else in there and didn't have the typical eggplant taste. He was very impressed! This too was a signature item.

I liked this place for a very low key, Mediterranean food. It's not amazing. The flavors are pretty standard for good Mediterranean food. You could probably make something better in your own kitchen with some time, but this place will satisfy. Beyond the food, the service was great and very attentive. The prices were on par with what you would expect in Cadtro, and the location is great.

We have been here many times. We are always served excellent food with great service. Very nice outdoor seating during these times. All precautions taken. Come here and enjoy the experience. I had the lamb beyti. My wife had adano lamb kebob. Both are very tasty.

Went there on Saturday night. They have few tables for outdoor seating. We got it pretty quickly. Me and my SO ordered Greek Fries, Veggie Moussaka and Chicken Shish Plate. Greek fries were good..little crisp..just the way I like it.. Chicken Shish plate was bad. It came up with plain white rice, handful of boiled veggies and barbequed chicken pieces. I just don't understand what to do with that plain rice! Considering I am paying $19.00 for the plate, it was a total turnoff!! We ordered Moussaka but instead got Veggie Plate!! My SO was nice enough to accept the wrong order just because she was hungry. Again, it came up with plain white rice topped with barbecued veggies. We paid $17.00 for just the barbecued veggies + some salad + white rice. I won't go to that restaurant for sure. Considering we paid $50 (including the tip), we expected good quality and/or portions. Not worth spending your time/money
