Cute diner with a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We are from out of town but definetly will be back!

We search out these diners as we travel. Once again we weren’t disappointed. My husband had eggs, sausage and wheat toast. I had the Cowboy salad special and mushrooms and steak soup. The salad was unusual in that it had chicken wrapped in bacon and deep fried onion rings on top. Also included was tomatoes, cucumbers and eggs. There may have been raw onions included but I always ask them to be excluded. If I had it again I would ask for romaine lettuce in place of iceberg. It was a good salad as it was though. The soup was delicious also.

This place is a true hidden gem. Coffee was fresh and service was fast! Bring cash since it's preferred but not required. The bread for the toast seemed homemade.

Sunday morning breakfast with the wife, she ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage, I ordered the Big E's breakfast which came with bacon, sausage, home fries, and french toast. I asked for the potatoes to be extra crispy and they were. It took some time for our food to come out, but it was a busy morning and the wait staff was on point refilling coffee and water. We will be going back for sure!

They DO accept credit card, but only over $10.00.
If you are looking for classic diner food, this is a good choice! Their menu isn't extensive but it's definitely got a fair selection of foods. The. food itself is good, though nothing that left me wowed. Overall, I would recommend it, but I would have given it three and a half not four if that were an option.
The service was pleasant and super efficient. The place itself is very homely, but not necessarily in a bad way. Again, classic diner feel.
One note, as other reviewers have stated, this place is *tiny* , so if they are busy. there is likely a wait.

This is my go to breakfast and lunch place. The staff is beyond friendly and the food is always fabulous. It’s definitely a must try in Mountain Top.

Portions are becoming smaller and smaller. As inflation rises, so does the prices. I'd rather pay a little bit more and get a little bit more.
The coffee is always good.
