Disappointed with our experience. We ordered online, waited 30 mins for notification the order was ready for pickup but when my husband arrived, there was no order ready. It took another 45 minutes of waiting and we were given these for breakfast croissant sandwiches. They were inedible due to being burnt and at $7 each. We tried to email management, as a business owner myself I would appreciate private contact, but no response from them at all. Not sure we will ever try them again due to poor quality and poor customer service.

Good bagels, but the ordering/pick up process is chaotic and confusing, often leading to people picking up someone else’s order. Additionally, it’s hard to see which bagels are available until the point you have to order - which is frustrating if they are out of one/s you wanted.
On my last visit, my order was incorrect, I was overcharged for coffee, and the tables had not been wiped off (covered in crumbs/trash). Still a good spot, but I personally prefer Homewood Bagel.

I was so excited to find out there is a great bagel shop in Birmingham! Great chew and texture, tons of cream cheese, and tons of everything seasoning. Really good coffee too! It gets pretty busy on weekends, so be prepared for a line.

Very good bagels. A little too much cream cheese for my taste but you can always ask for less. I would also recommend the German apple muffin🤤

I placed an online order before I left for work; the store was not busy at all when I arrived, and they hadn’t even started it. I was late for work from waiting on them to finish it, and when I opened my bagel it was covered in green idk what and black fuzz. Terrible experience and service.

Fresh everything! Great service! Love the Nova on the Everything bagel. Cream cheese, red onion, capers, and tomatoes. Great stuff! They also have pup cakes, bones, and pup cookies for the dogs. Coffee and drinks are on point as well! Highly recommended.

If you want a fantastic breakfast then stop by Crestline Bagel. The bagels themselves are so amazing but when you pair it with any of their ingredients you are sure to be satisfied. I had the turkey, egg, and cheese on an onion bagel. The coffee was tasty, also.
