Mcdonald's

This is absolutely the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to. I do not normally write reviews; however, for this place I will make an exception. Firstly, My wife and I were the only people at the counter and there was no one at the counter to take our order; consequently, someone took our order after approximately ten minutes. Secondly, once they took our order I went over to the ketchup dispensers and realized that there were no ketchup cups, so I decided to use a plastic cup lid. Furthermore, once the ketchup came out it was a pinkish yellowish color (definitely not ketchup). I tried both ketchup dispensers with the same result. When I was called to pick up our food I informed them that the ketchup dispensers did not have ketchup coming out of them and some type of discolored substance was coming out. Consequently, I expected the lady behind the counter to apologize and go and check out the issue. Instead what I got was some mumbling of something to the effect of “I am sure you are right” as if this is an every day deal. Lastly, to top it all off when we sat down to eat both of our burgers were ice cold. Please do not eat here!!!!!
