Dairy Queen

Quite possibly the best DQ I've ever had, coming from a native Texan. My husband has resigned himself to warm fries, at best, anymore. His fries were hot and fresh right out of the fryer. Burger was hot, flavorful and fresh cooked. I'm a Dude loyalist. This one was everything it was meant to be. Hot, crispy, tender, and even the veggies tasted like they had been cut especially for my sandwich. Job WELL DONE, y'all! Zero complaints. Thanks!

I use to come here for years and thought that this was the best DQ around but yesterday that all changed. I ordered 2 hunger busters and of course waited for 20 mins to get my food like always. (Which has been a thing from the beginning of time with this DQ but it was always fresh.) idk what y’all did to my burger but it was a soggy and microwaved mess!! Omg it made us gag. When the veggies on the burger is blistering hot and hotter than the burger patty itself that tells me y’all microwaved our burgers. And nothing was fresh. Remember we pulled around the front like we all have to do and waited because I know it will fresh and delicious as usual. But it was awful… never. Again.

I use to eat hear alot but I noticed about 2 years ago that the people preparing the food weren't wearing gloves. I talked to them about it and moved on. I decided to give them another try today and the same thing!!! The people prepare the food without gloves or any utensils! They just pick your bread, meat and accessories up by hand... You mean to tell me no one has a problem with that! YUCK!!!!

I don't even want to give this place a star and will not be back your staff lacks customer service and clearly doesn't care on night shift the drive thru is horrible they tell you to pull around but you have to wait 20 to 30 minutes before they even bring the order out to you by the time I got my order on 1/21/22 the fries where cold from what I could see from the drive thru window the grill cooks where not wearing gloves. Just horrible service all around will be posting this on social media as well as other sites and I will be contacting the BBB as well.
