Mcdonald's

I was disappointed in a recent visit to this McDonald's. The men's room soap dispenser was broken, and no working hand sanitizer station was seen in the restaurant customer area. Because this is a health issue - for both customers and staff, it needs immediate attention. On other visits here, the service and appearance has been much better.

This store used to be EXCELLENT, but under new management, it’s gone down hill like the shade trees he cut down the minute he bought this franchise. Lately, on 2 different occasions I’ve ordered diet coke with our meal for pickup; nobody communicates that they are out of diet coke—they simply give me plain coke hoping I can’t tell a difference, I guess. Lately there were no pickles and barely any onions on a sandwich. (This was drive-thru.) When I called to tell the mgr to remind the cooks to include these, I was told that they were out of pickles. Another time, it was the lettuce…I got about 5 pieces of shredded lettuce. Want more? This store charges 50 cents!! UNREAL! If the workers are unhappy, the buck usually stops with head—the owner and/or management. I feel sorry for those who are working so hard to do their jobs and who care!

Went for a scheduled job interview. Arrived 1 hour early and announced myself. 2 hours later ( 1 hour after my job interview time.) I asked a pleasant employee who was cleaning tables if I should come back. The employee went two tables from me where a manager was sitting and told me to come back on tuesday at 4 pm. Unacceptable, my time has value.

Horribly slow. No dine in. Miss attitude working thr window. I know short staffing is an issue but the fact that I'm willing to sit in the drive through for 25 minutes and spend way too muxh for two breakfast sandwiches could at least be and greeted with a hello or thank you or something . Even just making sure there are a couple of napkins would be awfully nice. Will never go back to this location. If this was about the third and final chance.

Stopped here today on our way home from Tennessee. Ordered a sandwich and a big breakfast. My husbands sandwich had 2 bottoms and my eggs were beyond overcooked and rubber. We placed our order on the kiosk and ordered two waters my husband sat there saying “excuse me” to the manager who was laughing and completely ignoring him, finally a younger gal approached him and told him that they were even out of bottled water ALONG with every soda in the building was also out. Both the mens and womens bathrooms were completely out of toilet paper to the point people were asking for napkins. Instead of going and changing they just continued to hand out napkins. Not even sure how they’re even open with the amount things they were out, horrible service and poor food.
