So I order the $6 boneless wings and this is how I get them??? Wow... I tried to eat it because I couldn't go back since I was on my lunch break!!! I am very disappointed! It made me sick after I tried to eat it!

Always friendly and helpful when I order. I asked once to make sure they didn't put cheddar cheese in my sweet tea and they made sure to accommodate me.

This drive thru visit wasn't so great. The fries were too old 'n cold. Not a fan of the soggy bread on my slider, either. Prior visits were just fine, but unfortunately, not this time.

The food was... sub par today. I ordered 2 Beef and Cheddar sandwiches... and I only was given 1, and it had very little (and I mean minimalistic very little) cheddar cheese, so the sandwich was good, but dry. I even had to remind them that I didn't get my Jamocha shake as I was sitting there in the drive thru.
Was a very disappointing experience today. Usually expect subpar to laughable service from other restaurants, but Arby's has usually been a few pegs above all the others... that wasn't the case today unfortunately. I don't even have the time to drive back, as I would then be late to my shift across town.
My only request, if a manager reads this. Encourage your staff to double check their work. That's a life skill they will need even after they stop working at Arby's.

Used to be one of the best places in town for dinner. However, due to the times we live in its service and quality have suffered. As it stands the price is not justified for the current state of this restaurant.

I pull up to oder they cut you off while trying to order so they get confused. Then when I get my order I pull forward to check it and have only 2 sandwiches in the bag and no fries. So pull back around and the manager is trying to give me my money back instead of understanding that I ordered a combo meal and got no fries. I did not want my money back. Worst Arby's out there.

Is mt. Vernon il. Arbys dining room open? Was there at 10:45 am , sign says open at 10:30 DOOR locked , no explanation. This is ruining your bussiness

If your needing a place for lunch around 10 am, here would be your place. Drive thru only open right now. They have both crinkle and curly fries. Sweet tea depends on the day of how good it is... today's was unsweet, so definitely throwing away.
