Taco Bell

I love going to this Taco Bell. We've been going here for about 5 years and yes, my family does love Taco Bell, but the reason I personally love this place is because they have always had outstanding people taking your order then greeting you at the window to hand you your food. There have been 3 different gentlemen over the last 5 years each of who are very friendly, very smart, unbelievably fast, definitely personable, refreshingly outgoing, and every time, without fail, thorough as hell from start to finish. I've never given a positive review of a fast food business (I have however been compelled to write a couple negative ones!) but these 3 employees have really stood out making me look forward to the 3 or 4 minutes of interaction a visit takes. And though I've not personally interacted with the behind-the-scenes crew, they too deserve kudos cuz they are fast and I seriously cannot remember ever a mistake with my order. Mt Vernon Taco Bell, a well well oiled machine!

I pick up Doordash orders from here and the employees are always friendly and the orders come out quickly. Lately I feel like there is a smoke problem, I feel like this location needs ventilation (like prop the door open!) you can literally see haze throughout the whole restaurant sometimes. I just worry about the health of the employees here.

Today is June 4th at 11:48 I came in to Taco Bell so I used my order and the store manager named Crystal was extremely fruit told me that it doesn't matter that the customer wants it a certain way she's going to do it her way and then she doesn't care she loses her job this is how she talk to me I plan to be calling corporate I don't think a person like this should be running a store or even working in a store like that Will you have to be around people I immediately asked for my money back I will not be coming back to the store but I will make sure that this lady gets reported so unprofessional

Ordered one night and they got one item wrong, so I go back the next day and let them know and to just give me the item I ordered, I don't need money back or anyrhing. The guy misunderstood stood me and charged me for two burritos....i laughed a little, went back the next day and talked to who I believe was a manager and explained what happened. He was super nice about it and resolved the issue quick and compensated me for the ordeal. His service made it easy to go back.

Super friendly service. But the one in Mount Vernon Washington and their intercom or the guy taking my order could not hear me very well and gave me something extra that I didn't even want and I paid for it when I went through it three times over with him he's still got it wrong maybe a better drive through intercom system
