Woods Coffee

Just stopped for a first time visit. Coffee was good, service and employees were excellent. The downfall? Ordered a blueberry lemon scone. It had a harsh taste of salt, no sugar, or lemon flavor PLUS it was totally raw in the middle. I’m a baker, thought I could get a refund. I tried to call them back but voicemail sends you to “headquarters”. Watched hubby eat his bear claw in truck while awaiting doctor appt. Super not happy.

This place is amazing. The staff is fast and friendly. The atmosphere of the place is calm with a little energy. My family and I stopped in on our way back home for a quick restroom break and needed a little boost of coffee for the drive, first time stopping in. On top of all this they are priced reasonably well. We will include all Woods coffee part of our tips from now on!

This review is really for every location I've been to. The coffee is SO GOOD! You can't go wrong with any choice you make, and the staff is always super friendly. We like it so much that if anyone in our family is near there, they will pick up the family order and drive it back home (36 miles/45 minutes) for us all to enjoy! We just have to heat it up. ; )

Woods coffee was excellent! The drive-through was a little hard to figure out (entrance in the back?!), but the menu was easily visible, and the staff was great. My latte was also good! The espresso was well balanced, the color was right, and he milk was frothed, but a little cool. The drink also had the right amount of foam, and the milk added the right amount of sweetness without any bitterness or harsh tastes from a bad extraction. I know this is a chain and I have had better coffe at other Woods locations, but it is heads and shoulders better than Starbucks and I’m grading them harshly here. By this scale, Starbucks would be a 1 star for bland and burnt espresso.
