This Burger King Restaurant is one of a kind, let start by saying that when I enter this place I feel welcome employees are very polite and professional always with a smile and willing to help , the store is very very clean including the bathrooms employees and manager are constantly cleaning the tables and making sure customers are happy with the service and the food is always fresh and very tasty . Thank you to all the staff for always being so courteous and helpful.

I actually had a great delivery experience at this Burger King in Mount Vernon today! I was very surprised and it’s crazy to say this, but my whole order came correct with no issues at all! They even gave me extra BBQ and Honey mustard sauces in the bag, and the DoorDash driver was quick as well. Every time I order from the New Rochelle Burger King it’s either the order arrives wrong or their unavailable for delivery thru the app, I always have problems with that location. I actually might order from mount Vernon Burger King to New Rochelle again! Thank you guys for actually listening to the customer and going all out to make sure the customer is happy and the order is correct! This is an actual first for me, and I’m very surprised and pleased this time!

Good food. Best way to order is through the app. They always have my order ready during lunch. If not you may have to wait a little while while the food is put together. But I've never waited more than 5 minutes. Also, they won't ask you to pull up to a spot like The other burger place down the road. Another thing is that they add too much ice at times. So ask for no ice if you don't like slot of ice.

Tried my first impossible burger, wow! I thought it was the real stuff. Taste was so real that i could never believe it is not a real meat! Crew were good! Even though they were slamed by drive thru customers, they were still able to accomodate us inside the store. This place has drive thru and in store orders. Lots of parking and lots of chair and tables for seating. Two restrooms, men and women are separate.
