Kudos to the staff located in Mount Sterling, KY on Indian mound Rd. I made a purchase through the Pizza portal app and when I arrived my order was not ready. I was in a rush so instead of waiting I bought something else and left. Staff member told me I could e-mail/call the pizza portal site for refund of online order. Doing so was difficult, I sent 2-3 emails with no reply back and no phone number to call. I brought this to the attention of the management of this store and was expecting a full refund or the order to be fulfilled. They did better than that. They gave me a full refund of online order and a free order for the moment I was there, with hungry kids. :) They handle my problem well and were very professional about the issue and encouraged me to bring it to their attention if it happened again. I appreciated their great kindness and service, will keep returning if staff continue to be this friendly!
