I really like this restaurant. The food is always hot and well made. Their service is fantastic. Shakes are made very quickly compared to other locations I've been to. Drive through isn't good if you're in a hurry, but overall a great location if you're in the mood for a good burger.
The food was all fresh and hot, the milkshakes were perfect, not too thin and not too thick and the tables, chairs, and restroom were all clean. It was very busy while we were there, but the servers were all friendly, polite and working hard. I love the 50s vibe you get when you walk into a steak and shake, but at this location you also get a very friendly, calm, and at home like feeling.
I have to say this place has turned around. When they opened I was having one horrible experience after another. We hadn't been in a really long time. We had a phenomenal experience because of the manager that was there, Mary. She recognized us immediately and made it a point to take care of us herself. She asked how we had been and remembered our order even though if had been half a year or more since we'd been in. She made sure the food was fresh and exactly what we wanted and checked on us several times. I felt like our business was truly valued and I can see us becoming regulars again!
